He is currently a professor for MBA classes and training courses at Live University, Conquer Business School and other institutions.

CEO of HRM Logística Consulting & Training, worked for more than 20 years in Brazil and abroad, in executive positions of national and multinational companies in various segments. Master in Administration, he is a researcher, professor, student, writer and speaker. He coordinates the Logistics Commission of the Regional Administration Council - RJ and, for two years, received the honorable motion for relevant services rendered to the profession of Administrator (ALERJ).

Full professor of Management Science at Loughborough University (Great Britain), senior researcher at the University of Southern California (USA), associate editor of the Informs Decision Analysis Journal and Chief Scientific Advisor at Optimum Supply.
Specialist in strategic decisions and risk analysis, he has over 20 years of experience in conducting decision analysis projects for public and private organizations in Europe and South America.
Joyce Ribeiro,

COO at Optimum Supply, Master in Logistics Systems Engineering and Mechanical Engineer, both from USP, and graduated in Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management from MIT (USA).
She has over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain, in the areas of Procurement, Transport and Distribution, Project Management, Teaching and Research. She is a researcher on decision analysis applied to supply chains and sustainability.
Jose Geraldo Vieira,

Jose Geraldo Vidal Vieira is Professor of Logistics and Operations Management at Federal University of São Carlos since 2008. He also collaborates in the PhD Program at POLI/USP where he is responsible for the Multiple Criteria Decision Making course. He holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science (1997), MSc in Industrial Engineering at Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro, and Doctorate in Industrial Engineering (2006) at POLI/USP.
